ENZYMES FROM RAW FOOD & SUPPLEMENTS ESSENTIAL

ENZYMES FROM RAW FOOD & SUPPLEMENTS ESSENTIAL

Enzymes are your best friends.  They can help you live longer with a better quality of life giving the vitality felt when the body is fresh and full of energy.

Aging Accelerates With Enzyme Deficiency

Food enzymes provide the initial working energy of the body at the molecular level, needed for every chemical action and reaction in the body.  A medical journal written in the 60’s states, “Each of us, as with all living organisms, could be regarded as an orderly, integrated succession of enzyme reactions.”  Enzymes do an incredible amount of work and are essential, without them life cannot exist.  Enzymes digest all of our food and make it small enough to pass through the walls of the intestines into the blood.  Thirteen hundred enzymes have been identified since 1968.

Enzymes are Essential
There are all types of enzymes pre-programmed to take prepared and digested food and build it into muscles, nerves, blood and glands.  They help in the storage of sugar in the liver and muscles and they turn fat into fatty tissue.  Without enzymes urea could not be eliminated from the body, another enzyme helps attach iron to red blood cells.  Enzymes in our immunity system attack waste and poisons in the blood and tissues.  Enzymes are legion yet each one has its own task to do, this is called enzyme specificity, a protein digestive enzyme will not digest a fat, a fat digestive enzyme will not digest a starch and so on.

Life Cannot Exist Without Enzymes.
There are only two ways to preserve and replenish the enzyme levels.  You must eat raw food or take an enzyme supplement.  There are zero enzymes in fermented foods.  There are zero enzymes in processed, refined, any food cooked over 60 degrees C for ½ hour, or microwaved foods.  Enzymes are destroyed in all foods that are canned, pasteurized, baked, roasted, stewed or fried.  At 129 degrees F, all enzymes are destroyed.  Baking bread kills enzymes.  Pasteurized butter has no enzymes.  Bottled or canned juices and roasted breakfast cereals are devoid of enzymes.

Heat Destroys Enzymes
Babies inherit an enzyme reserve at birth.  I hope that it is a rich inheritance because this quantity can be decreased as we age by eating an enzyme deficient diet.  Our Creator has placed enzymes in food to aid in the digestive process instead of forcing the body’s enzymes to do all the work.  By eating most of our food cooked, our digestive systems have to produce all of the enzymes causing a metabolic deficit and manifesting as an enlargement of the digestive organs.

Leads to Leaky Gut Syndrome
“Researchers show that cooked food with the fiber broken down passes through the digestive system more slowly than raw foods.  A Part of all cooked food ferments, rots and putrifies in the intestine, throwing back into the body toxins and gas that cause heartburn and degenerative diseases.”  All this poison is reabsorbed into the blood stream by a damaged and leaking intestine, well known as Leaky Gut Syndrome.
